Star Inn

Every time I stay here I have zero complaints. Still very quiet, clean rooms, everything works. The staff is great, welcoming, keeps a safe environment, no riff rafts, hookers, weirdos and more. Feel safe and we get a good night's sleep every time. Price is right also.

Wife and I are searching for a new home and have been here for a week. Entire staff is wonderful! Very familiar with the area, but DON’T judge This book by its location. Totally Renovated the rooms, outside, and staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The only possible drawback for me is the occasional sound from 55 which is to be expected. We’ve already reserved another week! (104)

I would give this place a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The rooms are slightly above average in size, a tad dated but not enough to be a bother me, outside is a bit rundown in appearance, but overall a comfy bed, a warm powerful shower, clean rooms, nice respectful staff, quiet nights rest, overall not a bad place to be especially for the price and no deposit as long as you book with a credit card. I can't really complain. They would get a lot more business if they did some remodeling or updates to the outside tho. Overall I had a good night here. Hope to be able to stay here again soon.

I recently stayed at the Star Inn Motel in California, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Location: The location of the Star Inn is ideal, situated conveniently close to major highways, yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet and peaceful stay. It’s just a short drive to several popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Rooms: The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the attention to detail and care taken by the staff. My room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities that included a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and plenty of fresh towels.

We come to this area of Costa Mesa near the Orange County fairgrounds to run the Orange County marathon and half marathon. So this hotel location is perfect for doing that activity! The shuttles to the start line and both the finish lines are within a 15 minute walk. Overall the hotel is nothing fancy, but just the basics and it is clean. It does have a refrigerator but no microwave! And it does have a big screen TV.
